Hello my crafty friends! I had these Tim Holtz prehistoric Thinlits for awhile and I decided to create something with them for my granddaughter. I actually create more cards for her and I’ll post them during the weeks coming up. I really like the way the cards came out. I’ll list the products below.
Prehistoric cards
I die cut all Tim Holtz prehistoric animals out first with #110 white card stock, started blending them with Tim Holtz distress oxides mowed lawn, rustic wilderness and vintage photo. Once I was done with that I took a embossing folder by Darcie call jungle and ran it thew my vagabond 2 machine. Took the same colors and started blending my emboss card stock.
I also used a older Tim Holtz Thinlits set I had to create the palm trees #661207. Card stock was 110 wt. brown and green. Took the top of the palm tree and ran it thew my vagabond 2 and with the jungle embossing folder to give it life.
Each card look awesome. When I make my cards I also create the inside of them and have matching envelopes. Sorry I didn’t take picture of the inside. Hope you like them and will try this with your stash. If you like or have comment please let me know.
Thank you for checking out my blog. And have a wonderful day.
