Art Journal a simple and easy background. Sprayed my Journal with water,  then added three Dylusions Ink Sprays: Fresh Lime, Campso Teal, and Vibrant Turquoise. Spray randomly with colors. Then, I took my paper towel roll and rolled over the ink. Until I like the way it looked. I then took three different stencils and laid them down and started spraying with water. Then picking up the stencils and laid them down on the opposite page, water side face down. Rolling paper towel roll over my journal after spraying water. Which gave my background a ghost effect.
