Hello my crafty friends! I wanted to do a card using Tim Holtz new 3-D textures fades called Skulls #665771. And so I took a bunch of Tim Holtz paper and started running the 3-d folder threw my vagabond. I like how the skulls pop up. I’ll list everything I used down bellow.

Here I took TH distress ink picket fence and brush the faces. Then took googly eyes and a glue them to the skulls. Use gauze and pull it apart to look like spiderweb. I also cut out some of the skulls to pop up on the card.
Here are some of Tim Holtz paper I used. Metallic-3, abandoned paper stash, metallic jewels and kraft-stock black . I’m looking forward to making more Halloween cards with the Skulls.

Resin Pouring Making Coffee Coasters

Hello my crafty friends! Yesterday I wanted to make some coffee coasters, so I pick my colors and got busy. The resin I used is called Art Resin and why I love to used this resin is because take 60 minutes before it starts to harden. And that’s a good working time for me. It is expensive resin but it’s worth it. I’ll list everything I used down below.

Coffee Coaster’s
Color’s I pick are Mahogany by Black Diamond, Coffee mica Pigment by Color Joy, White Matte Oxide Pigment also by Color joy and Brown Glitter Powder by Let’s Resin.
My ratio for these molds with resin was 10 ounce and 10 ounces of harder. Again I love using Art Resin and when mixing the resin and harder together it only takes 3 minutes. Once done I can pour what I need to my colors. And mix well with each powder.
I always like to start pouring with my darkest color first, them medium color, white and last my glitter. It all depends on the design I’m looking for with my coasters. Sometimes I have started with the glitter first. I love to move resin around with a stick first and then take my heat gun and pop bubbles. There are time I also like to use my heart gun to move the resin around too.
This picture is the backside of the coasters which I love the way they came out. You can use either sides of the coasters.
I love the colors I used in the first set of coasters, so I decided last night to make some more coaster using the same colors but different molds. And wow the picture on the left is the front and the two picture to the right is the backside of the coasters. Beautiful!
Check this out I had a little bit left over of the white and the coffee. So I decided to pour the white in a flower mold and then I took the coffee and pour on top. And this his how it came out “stunning”. Now I’m going to make three more to match this beautiful one.

Resin Pouring Making Beautiful Coasters

Hello my crafty friends! Last night I made these awesome resin coasters. I must say that I love the way they came out. Colors that I pick were vibrant, and had this beautiful shimmery look to them. Also this wonderful glitter I used. I was so happy the way they came out today. I’ll list the products I used down below.

Here there still in the molds. It takes about 24 hour to set and 48 hour to harden completely. Once completely harden you can pull them out of there molds.
I always like to pick my color first and the molds I’m going to use. I make sure everything is ready before I start my coasters.
My favorite resin I use is call Art Resin. I love that I have 60 minutes to work with this product before it starts to harden. It’s plenty of time for me. When you mix your products together it takes only 3 minutes to mix. And I add those 3 minutes to my 60 minutes working time. I hope this make sense to you guys.

My first color I used is called Mermaid by Color Joy, 2nd color is Teal by Let’s Resin a Chameleon Powder, mixology glitter sky blue opal also by Let’s Resin and last one I use is by Black Diamond called white diamond effect.

Here’s a picture of all four colors I used. When mixing the color and resin together make sure you mix well.

Resin Coaster Finished!

Hello my crafty friends! I just took them out of there molds. And I like the way they came out. Plus I love the look of the waves are crashing like the ocean. Colors I pick are beautiful and stunning. I’m so happy they came out perfect. Now I’m going to do some around, Square and Geo Coasters like the ocean waves again. Here’s some pictures of my ocean wave coasters.

Resin Coasters (Ocean Waves)

Hello my crafty friend’s! Hope everyone is have a great Tuesday. Today I decided to make some resin coasters and make them look like the ocean water. Keep in mine I just pour these right now. And they needed 24 hours to set. I’ll list all products down below.

The resin is still moving around and will continue for a few more hours.
The colors I choose are Mermaid mica pigment and White Matte oxide pigment made by Color Joy. And Deep Sea Blue by Black Diamond.
The important thing to remember is prep everything first. Make sure you pick your colors, molds, sticks, paper towels, baby wipes and heat gun to pop any bubbles. Before you mix your resin.
I love using Art Resin for all my pours. I like that I have 60 minutes to work with Art Resin before it starts to harden. My pour today was 4 ounce of resin and 4 ounce of harden. Then I mix with my stick for 3 minutes. Took my three colors, put just a little of powders in a Dixie cups and pour my resin in and mix to the flow I like.
I always have a extra mold standing by in cases I have extra. And you can see I did today.

Geode Coaster With Art Resin

Hello my crafty friends! I just wanted to share some Geode Coaster I made for a dear friend. The Resin products I used for this is called Art Resin. I love using this product because it has a 60 minute before it starts to harden. That gives me plenty of time to get creative with my colors.

This is the top of the Geode Coasters.
This is the bottom look of the Geode Coasters. You can use either side of the Geode Coasters. I love the cloudy look.

I always like to pick my color I use before I even get started. The products I used here are: “Color Joy” Black Pearl, Gunmetal Mica Pigment and White matte by the same company. I first pour my clear Art Resin that I mix for 3 minutes into my Geode moulds. Then I sprinkle in Let’s Resin glitter powder silver. Then mix my colors and just started pouring.

I started pouring with the gunmetal first and then black pearl. Then I went with the white matte. Keep in mind just pour a little bit each time with all the colors. To create the look you want. I move the black and white around gentle with a stick. Once I get the look I like I stop. It take 24 hours to harden completely.

Resin Pouring

Hello my crafty friends! Today I wanted to share my favorite resin I used to make some coasters. I love using Art Resin because it has a hour to work with before it starts to harden. Which for me that great. I don’t have to hurry to pour what ever I create. Also every time I use Art Resin my project come out beautiful.

This is what they look like wet. But keep in mind when complete harden they will look total different.
I always set up everything before I even mix my resin and hardener. My colors I pick our deep gold shimmer, lemon, light gold shimmer white and coffee. The products are by Color Joy. I also added imitation gold leaf schabin flakes and tiny gold stars.

I will come back in morning to see how they look. Once completely harden I will do another clear coat over them. I’ll share in a couple of days to see how they came out.

Thankful Card ( using Tim Holtz distress Oxides)

Hello my crafty friends! Last weekend I met with a group of wonderful crafty lady’s. We get together once a month to get creative and share awesome ideas. This time I decided to do a card using Tim Holtz wonderful distress Oxides and plus more.

Thankful Card
I went to my Cricut machine to design space, found a paint brush that I like and then cut it out. Took the brush and run it thew my vagabond machine using Tim Holtz 3- D texture fade called lumber # 662718 for the bottom of the brush. Then used Stampin Cut & emboss folder called Bark for the top of the brush.
I color the brush with Tim Holtz distress oxides are wild honey, rusty hinge, mermaid lagoon and speckled egg. Plus for the metal rim I use Prima Art alchemy Acrylic paint metallic silver spoon.
Flowers are recollection and I color them with Tim Holt distress oxides mermaid lagoon, wild honey, Fossilized amber and speckled egg.
Other products I used are Tim Holtz new Kraft-stock metallic Color Blue for the Thankful die which is Simon Says stamp die # sssd111625. Background was also done with distress oxide mermaid lagoon and speckled egg. And Cut out using memory box die wrapped stitch rectangles. I finished off with a few stampin up pearls basic jewels.

Happy Birthday Cards ( Pinkfresh studio dies & glimmer plates)

Hello my crafty friends! Hope all is well with everyone. I just want to share an easy and quick handmade cards I made a few week ago.

Happy Birthday Cards

Here I used Pinkfresh studio glimmer plate called Simplest Gestures will spellbinder foil silver and my spellbinder glimmer machine.

Spellbinder Glimmer Machine
Pens are Karin brush makers pro 210 apple, 195 amber and 283 gold. Background was also Pinkfresh studio cover plate die called Floral tiles. Happy Birthday was done with fancy Script word by Pinkfresh studio glimmer plates.
Colors with theses two cards are 253 grass,170 magenta red and 195 amber. The foil I used her was gold by spellbinder.
